A great photographer's glove that is soft shell with a zipper pocket on the back of the left hand

to hold a memory card.  The gloves are fleece lined and have flip back index finger and thumb caps which are held down and out of the way with small magnets.  A digital palm patch provides grip so you don't drop that camera.
